Veteran Journalists Defending the First Amendment.
Press4Democracy is a coalition of veteran television, radio, print and digital journalists united in defense of the First Amendment, freedom of the press, and those who cover the news across the country.
What We Do
We mobilize veteran journalists to join together as one voice to speak in defense of press freedom, as protected under the First Amendment.
We believe that advocating for a free press is non-partisan. Press freedom is an essential element of this country’s functioning democracy.
